a cold
It's been a while since I've gotten a cold, so note to self - dairy is not good because it just amplifies your cold! Stick to chicken soup and water. Decided to make and exception and eat a little chicken for protein. Tons of water just washes everything out of your system. Eating simple, easily digestible food, allows your body to focus its energy on healing rather than breaking down what you've eaten. Makes sense.
